Incentive Award to non Teaching Staff of KVS
The following Non-Teaching staff are provisionally selected for KVS Incentive Award -2012

Sir/Madam,
I am to refer to the letter under reference on the subject cited above, and request you to identify Non-Teaching staff under Group-C and Group-D(Multitasking staff,sub-staff) category who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria and forward their application(only one official from each category) in the prescribed proforma for considering their name for National/Regional Incentive award for the year 2012.
Name of one employee under special category[PH]-Non-teaching staff may also be identified and sent to this office .
The main considerations that should guide the selection of officers/officials are(refer page 5 of the circular):-
i) His/her reputation in the office/vidyalaya.
ii) His/her efficiency in disposing of official matters/academic matters and desire for its improvement.
iii) His/her genuine interest and innovative practices in the respective field.
iv) His/her involvement in the social life of the community wherever applicable.
v) His/her service record(the officer/official should not have been penalized under the CCS(CCA)Rules, 1965 including letter of displeasure in the preceding three years of the award.
vi) Whether the target fixed for the officer/official has been met in the preceding three years of the award.
The character and antecendants of the applicant should be duly certified by the Principal and Principal should sign the certificate given in page 5 annexure-VI
Applications completed in all respects should reach this office by 26th July 2012.
